RN Old Roughed is worser then he was he can is bound in his body he cannot pisse this 24 houres. he enquireth an evadet v^l evasurꝯ sit dei gratia. Octob. 17 die ♂ h. 7. ant m. 1598.

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. RN Thomas Gardener of Dunsanger of 60 yeres old his water as red as any blood leeke very bloode fell sick on satterday night at midnight cōplayneth of his belly. very Costive since. can take no rest nor sleepe cryeth out w^th extremitye of payne. Apr. 9 die ☾ h. 6. {illeg}5|30|. m. ant m. 1599.

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband. Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.

RN King of haversham for his wife Agnes y^t was brought a bed 7 weekes agoe. in her back syde & belli loynes & hucbones hath no stomacke. hot & boumd {sic} for a weeke. May the 9. die ☿ h. 5. 20 p m. 1599.

Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches y^t it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes y^t lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nev^r sinc shee was last w^th child & soe shee is nev^r vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe. RN Amy Ringe of Cranfield of 27. vnmarid. hath a great paine in her backe harte. & no digestion & Doth every day cast vp her meate. hard bound in her bodye. this fortnight. hath not had her Courses kindly not at any time May 5. die ♄ h. 1. 30. p m. 1599.

RN Hugh Tomson  filio williā qui graviter ægrotat who he supposeth to be taken or planet stroken because he is so sorely handled w^th it in his chest & syde and & {sic} cannot to ground & \nor/ make water. he could not sleepe all this last night. Novēber. the 9 die ♃ h. 6 9 ant m. 1598.

Iohn Windmill of yardly Gubbin 34 yeres old maried sick sinc munday night at wood lyeth at his chest cannot sleepe nor take any rest on his bed or any vp or Downe. sent his water reasonable good a cold taken vppō a heate. somewhat to yellowe & somewhat Costive. as red as skarlet his face a very strong lusty man \21 of/ March. die ☿ h. 8. 3|2|0 mi ant m. 1599
