RN novēb 4 h. 1. p m \ant m \ {sic} 13 pm 1627// in a mysty morning they the french assaulted our trenches & shipped there mē over night to an Iland hard by & then divided ther forces in 3 t & the men also in the porte salyed out vppon them & kild many before the English Alarū was heard
