RN Susan Blundell was die Aug 15 of Aug. die ♂ h 6. p m. was exceedingly troubled w^th her fits. & so agayne betwixt 10 & 11. & betwene 3. & 4 mor.

RN Susan Blundell had a fit about 1 post m. in my howse her moth^r demaundeth the cause therof & about that time it taketh her in the day time. & about 6 a clock at night. Aug. 20 die ☉ h 1. p m. 1598.

RN M^res Blundell enquireth wheath^r her daughters disease be curable or vncurable. Sept. 1. die ♀ 7. 30. ant m. 1598.

RN M^res Blundell went w^th her Daughters water w^c was white as milke & very thick & muddy to have his opinion Octob. 6. die ♀ h. 11. 38. 1598. it hath Diverse colours & white & yallowe in the middle & stone in bottom

RN Susan Blundell toke her fit by some foolish vision & sight at what time she laughed & sawe Goody Greene & goody Nichols flinging of trenchers & when it tooke her as they say shee cryed out vppon Goody Barnwell. the 13 of Novemb. die ♄. h noctis circ 12 1596.
