RN George Ashby of Newport 22 yeres a servant a poer fellowe y^t had his legs broken w^th a peare of harrowes & was wonte to run & now is dryed vp hathe bene sicke for this 5 weekes. h. 2 p m Sept. 12. die ☿.

RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims

RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Elisabeth Chester 34 yeres cold in her armes & neck bone Mart. 12. {sic} 48. 50. 1599. & her sonn will who is amisse in her|is| lims who cannot stand & looketh weakly.

RN An Trueman of Willing 40. y. sick this fortnight backe & harte. & armes full of ach every foot ill keepeth her bed many times. stomack bad w^th it. Ap. 24 die ♂ h. 10. ant m. 1599.

RN Iohn Ockley of Dreiten snam of 28. sick ever sinc Candlemas. in his arres {sic} legs & back leeke an ague. March 28 die ☿ h. 10. 45. mi ant nn {sic} 1599.

RN Rich. yeatꝭ of Cliften Rayles of 50 yeres old hath kept his bed ever since {D} {sic} March last yere lieth in his right arme & left foote & in his backe & syde. may 5. die ♄ h. 12. {11}|30|. m. water whitish & thin & full of scales & motes \& black melancholye/ but thrice vp. ever since

RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.
