RN Harry Mourby of \in/ Cosgrave field in furthoe parish. 60 yeres old. hath for this yere to cast vp the meate he always taketh his belly will swell sometimes as big as it can hold. gryped in belly & in backe. sept. 10. die ☾ h. 11. ant m. 1599.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground

RN Oliver Whiting of Bedford troubled w^th an ach in huckbone left side taketh it to be a sciatica. & thenc to his back & inside of his share came w^th a cold or a listing as he thincketh more hot & then cold. 60 yeres old. came him selfe the 28 of feb. die ☿ h. 10. 3 20|i5| ant m. 1599. RN An Winkles of Hanslop. 60. amisse this 20 yeres: vnd^r her left side pricketh leeke a dagger. cōbred w^th colour. w^th slymy black reping geere. goeth vp to her belly & backe. Apr. 2. die ☾. h. 1. 1599. sad & hevye.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson sent onc againe to me for my counsell his pain lieth now in his Cods {w^c} are swollen as big as ons hed & as hard as a borde he was wont to haue them swollen very big but then lasted but 5 houres & nowe swelled ever sinc weddensday he cannot eate sleepe or goe to ground. troubled w^th the wind Cholicke a paine in his backe st{illeg}ry Desirous to take a stro{illeg} but Doubteth he ca shall be able Decēb. filius  patre cū consensu.
