RN Robart Kinsweeke of Elstoe 54 y. taken in London taken on the right syde fyngers head & feete w^th a swelling. Apr. 25. vppon S^t Markes Day being satterday betwixt 6 & 7 in the morning. was first taken. Apr. 25. die ♄ hor 6. 30. ant m. 160i. betwixt 3 & 4 aft^r noone could not styrre & the sunday morning could not speake

he was blasted in a garden.¹

RN Robart Hill of litlington 8 y f {sic} March. 2. die ☉ ♄ {sic}. 11. ant m 1600 payned in his throate hath an arising in his stomack to his throate backe & syde.

RN D Iames of Oxford st|ran|gly {sic} \straungly/ taken w^th a palsye on the left syde of the face hand & leg taken at church & great red blatches in t|H|is fac & bodye & his ey swelling & f|H|is face a yere before & sinc he contenting certen sup witches & on being acquitted he felt his strange stitch on his s {sic} left syde by fits he supposeth y^t the womā susp for a witch but quitted by the Iudges did hurte him the 24 of feb. ☾ sep a □ ♄ ap ☌ ♂ y^t night at sup first taken. had his first fit after he talked w^th m^r Rob. Conye. feb 18. in y^e after noone his first fit but his worst fit the 24 of feb when the sup witch was acquitted/
