RN Ihone Persivall of Lo{illeg} 35 yeres about 20 weekes amisse. short winded. hot in her stomack shee hath broken out in her face w^th a flushing heate. payne in her hed her neighbours tell her y^t shee may be breeding of child.. 16 of novemb. die ♃. h. 1.. 1598. broke out in her nose &|f|ace & chin w^th pimpels.

RN Thomas Coo servant to M^r Ardes of lathbury 35 yeres vnmaried sick this fortnight 11 of Decēb. die ☾. h. 3. 30 mi. most an end keepeth his bed. 1598

RN An Cloude of Newport 35 yeres old sickned the 12 of Decemb came to me the 20 of decēb. die ☿ h. 1. 50. 1598. maritꝯ  vxore. fell into a traunc vppon satterd night & so continued vntill sunday night & revived again
