RN Ihone Brinckloe hath had her flowers stopt this 2 moneths first s{und}ay in {cleme fecit} 42 old. 2 houres afore daye Decēb. 1598. extreeme coughe day & night & very cold. vomiteth vp all.

RN Thomas vnderhood 20 yeres old of stratford for to break his cold for he hath a cough w^c maketh him vomit. every day when he Drinketh cold Drink he Doth vomit. Decēb. 13 die ☿ h. 2. 30|5|. p m. he is short winded

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. RN Goody Malins the grandmoth^r for the child almost a yere halfe a yere old Ianuary|’| 18 die ♀ h. 10. 45. ant m 1600 costive went not to stoole since tuesd last. Doth cast vp her meate.

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

RN George Illing of Newport had a great fall frō a howse his huckbone out of ioynt not able to goe a great paine about his harte. Apr. 25 die ☿ h. 10. 30. m ant m. 1599. his meateth {sic} cometh vp. his hart greeped.

RN Amy Ringe of Cranfield of 27. vnmarid. hath a great paine in her backe harte. & no digestion & Doth every day cast vp her meate. hard bound in her bodye. this fortnight. hath not had her Courses kindly not at any time May 5. die ♄ h. 1. 30. p m. 1599.

RN Ellen Foster sore sick ever sinc her childe cannot take no drinke meate vomiteth vp all y^t shee taketh cannot quench her thirst swollen very big in her legs. now stolen vp to her hart on weddensday shalbe three weekes her child borne w^th out all greefe but mutch payned before & after & nev^r had Child before sent a woman to me for her Decēb. 31. h. 8. 35 m. 1598
