RN a litle gyrle 14 y very sick head & stomack my lady gave her aloes & syrope of roses & a vomyt w^th {sic} wrought eight 12 tymes & yet is not mended craveth my consell

RN This Iohn hollande asked my counsell for his Ione holland 60 y h. 1. 30 p m 1602 stomacke chest & harte/ |cough & stitche.|

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson sent onc againe to me for my counsell his pain lieth now in his Cods {w^c} are swollen as big as ons hed & as hard as a borde he was wont to haue them swollen very big but then lasted but 5 houres & nowe swelled ever sinc weddensday he cannot eate sleepe or goe to ground. troubled w^th the wind Cholicke a paine in his backe st{illeg}ry Desirous to take a stro{illeg} but Doubteth he ca shall be able Decēb. filius  patre cū consensu. Also writeth in the behalfe of a gentlemā y^t having taken an extreme cold & p^rsently an exceeding greefe for the Death of his wife & {th}erby cast Downe into sicknes & mutch melancholy of a sanguyne cōplexion his sicknes & melancholy is mutch abated & now his voice is almost Lost y^t he s cānot {sic} \on cānot/ spea heare on \him/ that speaketh {sic} \to speake/ a yard of

cōplayneth of something about the pit of his throate his voice is only low & weake but not troubled w^th any fault in noncing but cleere inough every where no physick but cōplayneth of the coldnes of his stomack & head & sone {sic} stoppage about the begying of his nose cold flegme & cold head & defect in hearing hath 2 great manyscripts of physick y^t he is Desyrous I should vse craveth vnder god my consayle for the frind his gentleman

RN M^res Margery Dorrle \Mary Dayrle/ of Lillingstone Dorrle 44 at Candlemas last. for a payne in the sowles of her feete as it were a sprene. March. 17 die ☾ h. 1. 45 p m. 1600. this shooteth vp into the top of feete

Elisabeth Dayrell 2i y. also this gentlewomā craveth my Counsell for her w^ch is of 2i yere y^t had the greene sicknes but is well cured of it. but hath a litle sore on her leg of the bignes of a halpeny this halfe yeere.
