RN Iohn Kibble of Steepe Claydon 19 y. payned belly. hart backe y^t he cannot nowe goe. Octob 10 die ☿ h. 10. ant m. 1599

RN Ihone Malins. 19. {o}had {sic} not her courses sinc Christmas back & belly & chest & hed not very well at 14 of March. die ☿ h. 7. 30. 1599.

RN Thomas Bynion 19 yeres old. sick cōplayneth of his side the righ {sic} side a poer widowes Childe keepeth his bed nowe & then. cōplayneth of his harte. Apr. 28 die ♄. h.

RN Ione Norman of 15 yeres old sick this weeke. keepeth her bed & nowe is vp. sent her water w^ch is very yellowe. & thicke cōplayneth most of her left brest & harte. may the 7. die ☾. h. 8. 30 ant m. 1599.

RN Ione Smiths Daughter marvelous ill handled every tenth day. in her head back stomacke & casteth vp still what shee taketh. Decēb^r 15 die ♄. hor. 7. 30 ant m. 1599

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN at this time Mary Pen of Straford sent me her water. w^ch was full of motes & scales & had gravell in the bottome. her former phisick I gave her wrought vpward. hath a great gydines at in her heade hart feeble bellye.

RN Ione Norman of Shenly of 15 yeres. maij 3. die ♃ h. 2. p m. 1599. mutch hath a great stitch in her left syde & bleedeth at the nose. sick a weeke. cannot tary vp. had a sick night./
