RN Rich Vmny otherwise Carter. about 3 quart^rs of a yere sick & taketh his hart thenc ariseth to his chest ready to stop his winde. rattle in his throote w^th fleume & water & a great aking of his hart & the bones of his arme. cannot take his winde so stopped in his chest & stomack the 16 of March. die ♀. h. 7. 10. 1599.

RN Amy Briant of Olny 50 yeres old. a pricking & a shooting in her loynes & backe double shee went w^th it. but not soe nowe. ever sinc Miklemas. March 16. die ♀. h. 9. 45. 1599. full of ache. 1599.
