is very lame a yere & cānot styrre her legs & when the her legs are up, they cā hardly pull thē downe & when they are downe they will turne vp by snatches vp into her body w^th great payne & is forced ever sinc shrovetuesday to keepe her bed. & when she is put into a chayre she must be bound to it or els her legs will dawe {sic} her out /in great extremity\

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground
