RN March. 13. ♂ in y^e morning about 7 fell into a convulsive swonding fits & had 4 sore fits

RN Iohn Harburne of Hartwell 60. y taken w^th a swoundding fits Ian 30. ☾ h. 11 p m 1626

RN It tooke Iohn Odyll Decēmb 9 ☾ in extremely. about 8. 30 ant m 1622 had it before but thē in great extremely & swounded. & so did onc or twice before & fomed & draweth his mouth.

RN It taketh him every night w^th cōvulsions ready to make him swound About 12. 1608 Ian 29. ♀. h. 12.. {sic} 11. 45. p m. 1608.¹

RN Iohn fisher a yere old borne on Barth eve was a twelfmonth being ☾. h. 10 30 at|p| m. 1626.

fell sick on thursday Last w^th strong fits swonding & putting out the tongue now the \violent/ fits gone hath a burning feaver

It fell sick sept 28 ♃ h. 12. 1626.

RN Decēb 22. ☉ h. 2. 40|5| p m 1622 swounded & fomed & his mouth Drawen backward. & at night had another fit & this swounded 4 tymes yesterd daye

RN The lady \An/ Butler for her m^r Oliver Butler 9 y next march bone {sic} 28 or 29 about 12 & on in the night. of Harolde sent to me for this child Ian 3 h {sic} hor 11. 45 ant m 1623 {sic}. extree {sic} weake & feeble & cā take no physick taken w^th strang fits plucking his \right/ syde & rūneth to his back being holden harde & an extree {sic} cough almost halfe a yere. & is pyned & cā not stand nor goe Ill tong suspected

U[1628–30] Thomas write {illeg} was borne on \the next/ satterday at night after on michelmus was twelmounth, betweene a 11 or 12 at|or| i3, a Clock but cam to me at 1 of clock, y^e 14^th: of march 1630./

had a quiuorin & sounding on michelmus last & 3 Dayes the after y^e small pox & then at shroftide & this last night had 3 fitts after the same manner a boue saide, being y^e 13^th Day complaines on the head & heauie & apt to sleepe

RN The Lord of Sunderland sent me a letter to know wheath^r his Honour be in Danger of Death. Ian 17. ☉ h 8. 50 9 ant m 163{0}

His lady Countes wrote a letter to know in what Dangers & weaker & weaker & more payned w^th {giping} {sic} fits when he hath offors to stooles. coneth {sic} like white flegme.

The Lord & Lady of Sunderland craved my answer touching my Lords health wheath^r recoaverable Ian. 17 ☉ h. 9. ant m 1630.

RN S^r Rog. Poolyston came to cōfer w^th me touching his Palsy & convulsions & vertigo. having a lamenes in his left syde & weaknes in his legs Octob. 12. ☾ h. 2. 30. p m. 1618.
