It is pyned & cōsumed belly hard & voydeth wormes living 6. wasteth in the body. was nurced by goody Keburne. goody Keburne came into another nurces house & would needes suckle it, wheath^r the nurce would or no & sinc mutch amys & it swounded twice to day belly very hard flesh quite wasted was not well tended by goody Keburne face swelled buttocke black & blewe. cānot stand vppon the lyms the child p^rsent w^th goody Alton of Moulsoe it did batle well vnder this nurce vntill goody Keburne her former nurce would suckle it force tooke some surfet.

RN Cicely foster of hanslop 43 y may 20 ☾. h. 4. 39 ant m 1622 had no child this 20 y was swelled in her legs a quarter of a yere & now quite gone vpward & her belly is mutch swelled & her thigh & mutch gryped about her navell and casteth for this halfe yere y^t w^ch she taketh most cōmonly & keepeth her bed this fortnight desyreth but my prayers./

RN M^r Henry Ventres 21 y Octob 2. ☿ h. 2. 30 p m 1622. hed & face & body breake out in pinples {sic} & dye sodenly had a sore throat & mouth. vseth to bleed mutch at nose.
