RN Rich Perry first fell sick the 15 of march die ♄ h. about 8 in the morning & so fell againe about 8 at night. 1600. this we set of our owne accord.

RN Mres Vines fell extreeme sicke of|n| thursday night the 9 of novemb. at betwixt a 11 & 12. at night after the members of the howse had bene at bed 1598. I set it of myne owne accord they thought shee would have died y^t night. it holdeth her by fits prety well a friday ill on satterd. & prety well on sunday & monday but ill on tuesday following.
