RN Agnes Knight of Cosgrave 28. y. payned in her head w^th a gydines goeth over {ra}ck & harte maketh her to vomitte Octob. 22 die ☾ h. 12.

RN M^r Potter of Willing the vicar for that soundeth on the \{at late}/ & very weake & feble in bodye & stomack & chest w^th a cold & overcame him. Ian. 3 die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 8. 15 ant m. 1599 1600.

RN Mres Burchmore of Tottell end 33 yeres Ian. 14 die ☾ h. 12. habet albos et rubeos successive stomack hed backe. weake of a yellowe coloure. a candell w^th cymamon {sic} stayeth her whitꝭ when nothing els will troubled with the iaundish & of a yellowish colour.

RN at this time Mary Pen of Straford sent me her water. w^ch was full of motes & scales & had gravell in the bottome. her former phisick I gave her wrought vpward. hath a great gydines at in her heade hart feeble bellye.

RN Harry Barton of NorthCrowlye of the east end Aug. 20 die ☾ h. 12. 20. 1599. keepeth his bed very weake & sicke.

RN Agnes Gooding of Milten 48. amisse since Christmas & ariseth at her harte ready to mak her swounde 28 of March die ☿ h. 8. 15. 1599.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Ap. 25 die ☿. h. 8. 30. mi ant m. 1599. hath a very sore ague every day y^t maketh her sweate exceedingly. hath not had this moneth her Courses sinc shee voyded a litle porreng^r of clompered bloode/

RN Alce Travell of Rhode 26. youngest child 2 yeres old. goeth abroad hath a payne in her hed w^th a swiming & a gydines ready to fall if she catch not some thinge. May the 19 die ♄. h. 2. p m. 1599.

RN Thomas Warren of Walten 62. spitteth & vomiteth vp sometimes halfe a pinte of fresh blood & maketh him very faynte. / sept 8 die ♄. h. 12. 1599

RN Andrewe foddy of Stony Stratford. 40 yeres. never maried. a glover. very sick & keepeth his bed sick this 5 or 6 days so faynte & feble about y^e harte. 27 Marcij die ♂ h. 2. 45. mi. p. m.

RN Thomas Bartom. 15 yeres sick this 5 weekes. nothing will tary w^th him for this fortnight lyeth in his hed light headed. Martij 8. die ♃. h. 9. 10. 1599. at Newport.

his fath^r moved a question at the same time or a quart^r after 9. for a payne in his knee w^c was broken his thigh was broken quite thorough & nowe the paine is fallen into his knee pan & is swollen.

RN Katheron Allen at Newport 50 yeres old. amisse this {illeg} yeres assone as shee was delivered of a child paynd in her hed. & swollen in her face. aremes {sic} legs hoven in her body sweateth & her hed & neck & syde loketh very hie & is specled. short winded & faynte. March 27. die ♂ h. 11. 30. 1599

RN Edward Newnton sick this 14 weekꝭ of Stony stratford a weaver hart & everywhere sick pined & yet eatet skin & bone. & yet will eate any thing. 60 yeres old. faynt. hard bound {illeg}|y|et onc in 24 houres. feareth lest he be b{edr}ed a drie coughe. this 8 yeres. Aprill 3 die ♂ h. 10. 1599. reareth fleme, in a cōsumption. hart hele & stronge.
