RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN Elisabeth Travell of Gothurst 75. d Maij 4 die ♀ h. 9. 30. ant m 1599. troubled sinc good fridaye w^th a greevous burning ache sometimes in her thigh & sometimes in her leg burning but worse in thafternoone.

RN Rich: Burton of Olny 59. payned in his armes {in} his boath his armes but princip the left: he doth mutch {rvome} & is very hot. cane {sic} to ne {sic} this 22 of March. die ♃ h. 2. 1599.

RN Christopher Denton Carpenter of 42. maried this 17 yeres. for a great paine lyeth in his eyes g{ore}th his eyes. & the heate y^t commeth out of his eyes ready to scald his face. maij i^o die ♂ h. 6. 30. mi. ant m. 1599.

RN Rich. fierbrace of Wellingborowe cōplayneth of a great paine in his backe exceeding hote w^c mutch troubleth him. y^t he cannot take his rest. nor cough. may 7. die ☾ h. 9. 45. ant m. 1599. a shoomaker.

RN Alce Bunts of hanslop. 23 yeres. a white thick muddish water. lyieth in her hed & b belly. her flesh is wasted away & {illeg}|b|urneth exceedingly. sick this moneth keepeth her bed. sore everywhere. March 12 the die ☾ h. 11 18. 1598.

RN Isbell Buckstone for a great payne about her hart & left syde. hath great heate about her harte. May the 11 die ♀ h. 8. 56. m ant m. 1599. in Lillingstone Deringe. 34 vnmaried.

RN Gregory Carter of Adstocke 5 yeres old at Candlemas eve last payned in the left syde. & hart ever sinc midsomer. or a fortnight befor Septemb. 13 die ♃ 2 p m. at the first taking very hot leeke a burning ague

RN Margarey francling of Emmerton 55 yeres old for the paynes & anguish of her eyes. Sept. 29 die ♀ h. 8. 20. mi 1598 her eyes are watrish and troubled w^th burning water

RN Christopher Elmer for payne in his chest & heate of stomacke. 25 of Apr. die ☿ h. 3. 15 p m. 1599.

RN Andrew Knighte of Newport 36. for the winde cholicke this moneth. & stone red sand & changeth it into blood as big as a {fe}tch somewhat yellowe. forced to \purge/ fleme yellowe Chollour in great abundanc right syde of the reanes of his back & so rūneth to the bottome of his belly. vrine hot & cōplexion w^thout the fit. Novemb. 8. die ☿ h. 3. 2. 52. m. p m. 1598. extreeme payne in side & backe.

RN Ihone Persivall of Lo{illeg} 35 yeres about 20 weekes amisse. short winded. hot in her stomack shee hath broken out in her face w^th a flushing heate. payne in her hed her neighbours tell her y^t shee may be breeding of child.. 16 of novemb. die ♃. h. 1.. 1598. broke out in her nose &|f|ace & chin w^th pimpels.

RN Robart Wats of lechāsteede 65. yeres for a payne in his hed. & an itch & heate in his chest beneath a very hie Coloured fayced mā. ma{y} the 15 die ♂ h. 12 mouth rūneth w^th water.

Iane Osburne of Olny of 35. for a sore back & hart best in the her bed. & nowe taketh her by fits. & burning & sweating. & aches y^t it maketh her sweate shee feareth lest it be her sicknes y^t lyeth at her harte. goeth hard to ground. her child half a yere old. had not her courses nev^r sinc shee was last w^th child & soe shee is nev^r vseth to have thē but frō child to Child. looketh yellowe.
