RN Mr Will Duncōbe 22 y of Litlington parke march. 13. . h. 12. 1618.

for his wife troubled wth a waterish humour rising in her stomack. & very sick wth all lyeth heavy as if she had surfeted it voketh her to cast. casteth mutch water.

Imagyneth she may be wth child. & therfore craveth gentle physick.
