RN Will: Miller of Brodwell: cōplayneth of the roling & tūbling of his belly mawe as he thinketh on his stomacke. & every day he vomiteth vp his meate & cannot digest it his meate yet he findeth som ease after he hath vomited it vp: he is best when he eateth nothing but fasteth. he is best in y^e aforenoone. RN Ihone Nelson of Mowlsoe 52 yeres having taken a smay because her husband on a time beating her mead for denying of y^t w^c her husband knew to the contrary, shee bearing of the blowes when her husband strook her it fortuned w^thin a while after the servant Died & the mother of y^t ser child sayd shee would never live vntill shee had hanged him for killing of his {sic} Daughter sinc w^c time shee ever vomiteth blacke soote every day for this twelfmoneths. 14 yeres agoe. or therabout her servant beaten died. shee loseth of her beastꝭ & co kines fat & good on a sudden sinc yesterday shee yea & sometimes shee can make make {sic} no butter no phisicke will goe Downeward but vpward all & y^t as mutch w^thout phisick as w^th it. RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Iohn Orrish about a & {sic} hundred yeres old a poer Carpenter of Woulson he hath never sinc friday evening ma{illeg} made water. being the fir{st} of Septemb. at 9. nowe seeketh a remedy this 5 of Sept the Daught^r for the fath^r but w^th hi{s} consent. he is nowe sw{ol}len & casteth vp his mea{te} & drink. he cannot pisse 1598. 8. 15. ant m die ♂ h. 8. 15. RN Alce Denton of haversham 36. maried this 10 yeres 3 children last childe had a yere & more agoe feareth lest shee have taken a cold w^th a nurcing child an old Disease ever since shee was a servant a great payne at her harte, doth vomit ever sinc shee was maried {b} twice or thrice in a yere but very mutch this last weeke & never well vntill shee have it vp, els very sicke. a pert woman. sent to me by her husband this 17 of Decēb. die ☉. 9 – 18.. 1598.. best a bed.

RN Ellen Foster sore sick ever sinc her childe cannot take no drinke meate vomiteth vp all y^t shee taketh cannot quench her thirst swollen very big in her legs. now stolen vp to her hart on weddensday shalbe three weekes her child borne w^th out all greefe but mutch payned before & after & nev^r had Child before sent a woman to me for her Decēb. 31. h. 8. 35 m. 1598

RN Ihone Nelson of Moulso of 52 yeres old. sick this 14 yere. always vomiteth vp her meate espec. this last yere. keepeth nowe her bed it g{oo}gleth in her body. y^t w^c cometh vp is black as sote nothing given her will: make her vomit shee bendeth her selfe forward & always must reatch fleume sick her back & left side & keepeth her bed. & tumbleth vp all 10. 45. ant m 1598. shee feareth lest shee be wasted w^thin. 1598. die ☿ always cold feete hands novemb. 8.
