RN Mres fayth Gybbes 50 sent to me againe the 5 of May. for a stiffnes in t & swelling & knobbes in t her wrest & inside of her wrests & hands, for a paine in her sinewes an {sic} an ache in her bones, hands & knees. altering from place to place. die ♄. h. 10. 30 m ant m. 1599.

RN Agnes Vnderwood payned w^th a heaving in her body can scarce take her winde hath an ache in her hips & legs. & loynes. 60 yrs old. a kinde of yellowish water. Apr. 23 die ☾ h. 3. 30. mi p m. 1599

RN Margery Clarke a midwife of Stony stratford for a great swelling in her thiges & bo legs y^t on may see her face in it & so striketh vp to her harte ready to stop &|h|er winde. the bell went for her yesterdaye hath a great scouring this on her & hath had it a longe time.

RN Richard Kinge of Nash. 24 yeres hath had a swelling in his body belly & mēbers & face for this 3 yeres & goeth away agayne. Octob. 3 die ☿ h. 12. 45. {illeg} 1599. hath bene at Cublington son of Thorton’. in his throate & k {sic} & knees.

RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. Ap. 9. die ☾. h. 10. 25|30|. mi 1599. cannot stande. nor goe very well. it doth cough. Katherine Parkins gave thē hard wordes.

RN George Ashby of Newport 22 yeres a servant a poer fellowe y^t had his legs broken w^th a peare of harrowes & was wonte to run & now is dryed vp hathe bene sicke for this 5 weekes. h. 2 p m Sept. 12. die ☿.
