RN Mres fayth Gybbes 50 sent to me againe the 5 of May. for a stiffnes in t & swelling & knobbes in t her wrest & inside of her wrests & hands, for a paine in her sinewes an {sic} an ache in her bones, hands & knees. altering from place to place. die ♄. h. 10. 30 m ant m. 1599.

RN Margaret {l|C|}ooke \of 57 yeres./ of {sic} North of litle crowly parish to NorthCrowly payned at hart shoulder & arme 26 of March. die ☾. h. 5. pm 1599 a greefe taken touching a childe drowned in a pit.

RN Richard Langly of Newport 50 yeres old. short winded ever sinc Christmas can scars tak his breath. cougheth mutch red w^th little fleume. came for him selfe this 30 of March die ♀ h. 2. p m. 1599. ague fallen to his thigh & knee & ham. butter annoynted helpeth his aches best.

RN Rich. Burten of Olny payned in his hed & {sic} but specially in his armes w^th a pricking 20 feb. die ♂ h. 1. 15. 1598|9|. armes & neck & shoulders best in faire weathr {sic}.

RN Margery Clark a midwife of Stony stratford sick at hart y^t shee cannot speake can scarce travell her thighes & legs doe swell. 51. a thick white puddle wat^r. March. 19. die ☾ h. 4. 20. m. p. m. 1599.

RN Alce White of Milton of 5i. at Candlemas a longe time ill by fits. & was had the stone cholick. 7 yeres since nowe in her lims share. harte. & legs back w^th a pricking. March 30 die ♀ h. 8. 15. 1599

RN Margery Clarke a midwife of Stony stratford for a great swelling in her thiges & bo legs y^t on may see her face in it & so striketh vp to her harte ready to stop &|h|er winde. the bell went for her yesterdaye hath a great scouring this on her & hath had it a longe time.

RN Old Goody Barnwell hoven in body & hath a sincking in her feete & her lims stiffe & have no feeling. very Costive. may. the 18 16 die ☿. h. 11. 30. ant m. 1599.

RN Katheron Allen at Newport 50 yeres old. amisse this {illeg} yeres assone as shee was delivered of a child paynd in her hed. & swollen in her face. aremes {sic} legs hoven in her body sweateth & her hed & neck & syde loketh very hie & is specled. short winded & faynte. March 27. die ♂ h. 11. 30. 1599

RN Margaret Lawrenc 50 yeres old servant sent in y^t howse never well sinc y^t servante went he{illeg}|r| master did not leeke her well & therfore turned her away. suspected shee can seldome sleepe. fallen downe into her leg this Margaret sayd of her y^t shee was naught w^th on of her masters servantꝭ y^t was marid
