RN Alce White of Milton of 5i. at Candlemas a longe time ill by fits. & was had the stone cholick. 7 yeres since nowe in her lims share. harte. & legs back w^th a pricking. March 30 die ♀ h. 8. 15. 1599

RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN Agnes Hoton. 7 yeres on sct Valentines eve being sunday amisse in her lims & tounge & feete & hath no sence nor feeling therin at first shee did fall for 2 or 3 dizeases. now hath lost the senc & vse of her lims

RN Robart West of Haversham for a payne in his loynes & hips & right leg & toes ever since Sunday last at evening at 4 a clocke & hath had a winde cholicke ever since he was a batcheler & his wife also ever sinc a meaden hath bene troubled w^th a gnawing in her body. 56 yeres old. came frō Sherington. RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Ihone Nelson of Moulso of 52 yeres old. sick this 14 yere. always vomiteth vp her meate espec. this last yere. keepeth nowe her bed it g{oo}gleth in her body. y^t w^c cometh vp is black as sote nothing given her will: make her vomit shee bendeth her selfe forward & always must reatch fleume sick her back & left side & keepeth her bed. & tumbleth vp all 10. 45. ant m 1598. shee feareth lest shee be wasted w^thin. 1598. die ☿ always cold feete hands novemb. 8.

RN Mathew Knigh|ft|en of Lowton 53. y. sick this satterd. last 3 weekes. a red water & full of rags.

M^r Knifton of Lowton 55 yeres old sick this 3 weekes {illeg} sunday last first in his stomack w^th an extreeme cold w^c tooke a way his stomack ache in the head neck & legs sweateth div^rse times & after troubled w^th an itch as exceeded greatly onc in two or 3 days to grounde. nev^r vomiteth. the 3 of Ian. die ☿ h. 9. 15. 1598. {sic} 1599. bad head greefe taken {in} lawe.

RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN Alce Bunts of hanslop. 23 yeres. a white thick muddish water. lyieth in her hed & b belly. her flesh is wasted away & {illeg}|b|urneth exceedingly. sick this moneth keepeth her bed. sore everywhere. March 12 the die ☾ h. 11 18. 1598.

RN Isbell Linwell servant to Thomas Buncher of Paulus Perrye 30 yeres old nor fath^r nor moth^r a hie colourd wate woman & sweateth hart swollen in the body & legs. & chest faynte y^t shee can do no worke hed & hart beateth. 27 of March die ♂ h. 1. 30 p m. 1599. short winded hath bene amisse this 3 weekꝭ {wak}heth

RN Elisabeth Clarke 30 yeres vnmaried ever sinc Christmas hed backe chest a few on satterday on sunday had not her Courses currantly sinc Christ. sick at hart hoven in her chest. shoulders & hed. casteth black geare leek browne black paper leeke rags y^t is her flowers arising. Apr. 3 die ♂ h. 9. 15. 1599. cannot rest in her bed hath a wonderfull red colour & is hot.

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|
