RN Alce Buttyphant of Chichly borne a fortnight a fore Miklemas day on {sic} a tuesday on wedensday even about an houre or 2 after sonset pater  filio {sic} came to me almost dead on sct Thomas eve. troubled w^th the Chin cough. Decemb 30. die ♄. h. 1. 53. 1598 w^th a hooping ready to stoppe her wind now it falleth into a bleeding at the nose

RN Margaret Marcholl & her husband came to me for some ease for her child of 15 yeres age 3 weekꝭ afore shrovetide. vppon a friday somewhat before daye. at 25 of feb: die ☉ h. 5. 15. m p m. 1599.

RN Alce Masū. of 15 yeres old piteiously handled looketh very gashly & soneday her mothr {sic} came for her w^thout consent 25 feb. die ☉ ♄ {sic}. 5. 15. 1599.

RN Goody Marcholl of Woulverton came to tell me howe her daughter was miserablely handled & cannot speake in her fits. 28 of feb. die ☿. h. 6. 15. 1599. sine consensu.

RN Itm’ I gave Alce masen of Woulverton 5 of cass & 4 of māna in 2 onc of the decoction. 1|2| of March die ♀. h. 7. ant m. 1599.

RN Itm’ I gave Will: Wotten of Tyringhā for his former phisick helpe him of his burning & to make water but gave him never a stoole. I gave him 24 of Martij die ♄ hor 9. 15. 9 dr of the elect of roses a dra of māna an onc of rubarbe 2 ounc of the comon decoct 6 g of sc & 6 of sc{illeg} vnpayd.

RN Phyllis Pedder of Potters Perry of a 11 yeres old. sick on mūday first. then teeethe {sic} hed hart. cannot speak. came to speachles ever sinc noone. her broth^r came for her. Martij 2i. die ☿. h. 2. 30. p m. 1599.

RN Iohn Windmill of Yardly Gubbin a twelmoneth old & as mutch as candelmas the sunday after candlemas. came & brought her Child y^t was payned in the body & had divers fi strange fits. but before it tooke it had a fit of an ague before it. not v this beating & panting began on friday night w^th a quivering & shakings of the belly & armes Apr. 10. die ♂ h. 7. ant m. 1599 goeth had|r|d to grounde cryeth
