was borne {illeg} {sic} on a {tuds} \shrovesōdaye/ after noone. an hour betwixt 4 & 5. /hath often bene let blood sicknes gone this 4 yeres.\ |extreeme hot. casteth vp sometymes leek whitꝭ of egge. sometymes blacke stuffe.|
