RN Parnell Brookes Kerke of Caucot 58. sicke a great well very ill in her bellye. & is a woman of a great body & is swollen & so hath beene this quarter of this yere. / sent to me by her Daughter. this second of maye h. 12. 40. 1599. twice maried.

RN Ione Barnwell of husb. Crowlye 26 y. 3 weekes married. but was ill ever since Christmas & was wont to bleede at the nose \& mouth/ mutch looketh ill & hath a drye cough & shaketh her very mutch. her wat^r of a very good colour. shortwinded.

RN William Downing \of filgrave/ of the his child Abigayle a yere & 3 quarters. old. very sick for 3 houre{s} when it taketh it at 2 a clock morning & at 12 it vomiteth whatsoever it taketh the Drinke & sucke it taketh & handleth very ill for the space of 3 houres Aug 27. die ☉ h. 3. 1598 quærit remediū it loketh pale as ashes at p philgrave.

Dece {sic} sent by M^r Oliv^r Barker. for his wife sister is her moth^r in frendship & kindred Doubteth wheath^r shee be bewitched & hath a canker in her tongue & tented shee hath an ill stomacke & spitteth putrifyed bloode. shee is not able to styrre no meate will tary w^th her. shee goeth not onc in a sennet to ground very costive & mutch bounde. 27 of Decēb. die ☿ h. 8. 45. ant m. 1598. /complayneth of her hart chest left arme.\
