RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Iohn Phylip of Bletchly 50 mendeth not after his phisick y^t I gave him for it wrought w^th him but a litle cōplayneth still of his body & hart die ♂ Decemb 4|5| die ♂ h. 11. ant m. 1598. 11. 30. m.
