RN Phyllis Pedder of Potters Perry of a 11 yeres old. sick on mūday first. then teeethe {sic} hed hart. cannot speak. came to speachles ever sinc noone. her broth^r came for her. Martij 2i. die ☿. h. 2. 30. p m. 1599.
