RN mres Mary Sanders 40 y from Welford Decēb. 15 h: 3. p m. 1629

tooke not the playster at the day appoynted & is desyrous when and at what day she may apply it

2 hath taken the pouder once

3 Dareth not to bleed vntill she shall come to me

4 is mutch troubled wth the wynd yt she cānot keepe cōpany wth her frinds, & if she represse it, then it fumeth vp to her head

5 vseth fasteth on fish days wth butter, egs & salte fish wheathr good

6 hath taken a clyster made wth anysseeds boyled in water to wch she putteth now milke & sugar. thus she hath done twice, wheathr I like it

7 wheathr good to take at breakefast a toast sugar & spice & also to eate of the tost. wch she hath vsed to doe heretofore
