Dece {sic} sent by Mr Olivr Barker. for his wife sister is her mothr in frendship & kindred Doubteth wheathr shee be bewitched & hath a canker in her tongue & tented shee hath an ill stomacke & spitteth putrifyed bloode. Decēbr. 2i. die ♃. h. 9. 15. ant m. 1598.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled wth a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all wth an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it wc when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground
