RN Will Knight tooke his sicknes die {illeg} Ian 4 die Ian. {sic} 5. die ♀ h. 3. in aur. very evill handled w^th sicknes vomiteth hath a rising in his stomack leeke an apostume ready to stoppe his breath. burneth very mutch thirsty & drye. 1599.

RN Robart Pē{illeg}merton of Rudgden in the County of Northāpton. 57. keepeth his chamber. this moneth. troubled w^th a reume & fleume in his chest. March 17 die ♄. h. 7. 15. ant m. 1599. tussi magna laborat costive hot in the stomack.

RN Ihone Persivall of Lo{illeg} 35 yeres about 20 weekes amisse. short winded. hot in her stomack shee hath broken out in her face w^th a flushing heate. payne in her hed her neighbours tell her y^t shee may be breeding of child.. 16 of novemb. die ♃. h. 1.. 1598. broke out in her nose &|f|ace & chin w^th pimpels.

RN Rich Vmny otherwise Carter. about 3 quart^rs of a yere sick & taketh his hart thenc ariseth to his chest ready to stop his winde. rattle in his throote w^th fleume & water & a great aking of his hart & the bones of his arme. cannot take his winde so stopped in his chest & stomack the 16 of March. die ♀. h. 7. 10. 1599.

RN M^r Sanderson son of 7 yeres child mater  filia {sic}/o\. 1598 Ian. 10. die ♂ hor. 3^a post merid: he had a catarre in his lunges of his stomacke sometimes well & sometimes ill. not very sicke. 10 ab hinc diebꝯ alterationē patiet^r

RN Margaret Archer of Calverton’ 34 yeres quærit remediū 7 of novemb die ♂ ♄ {sic}. 9. 6. mi. 1598 shee hath her bene maried this 20 yere nev^r had child shee hath them every three weekes but after thick of hearing stopt in the chest meate hath not his passage Downe a cold body & stomacke.

RN William Berde 54 yers old of Potters Perye. sick on weddensday last keepeth his bed vp & downe can not rest. sent to me his sonne 26 of March die ☾ h. 8. 30. mi. ant m. 1599. sick at hart & stomack ill. very hot. a great stitch & cough & reaneth mutch fleune {sic}.

RN Oliver Hames of his sonne maried a great payne in his stomacke & arising ready to stop his wind. 30 yeres may the 13. die ☉ 40 h./ 7. 40 ant m. 1599. had a bruise w^th a horse did spit blood cam̄ot {sic} stoope to work for it

RN Agnes Miller of Newport sick ever sinc Miklemas. 30 yeres old troubled w^th fleume w^th a quivering & trembling in her body as it were w^th a palsye. w^th a gret rising in her stomacke hed novemb. 7. die ♂ h p. m. 3. a whitish water before it was turned full of heres spotꝭ & dregs thin & yellowish

RN M^r {sic} Charels Tutcher Charles at Stonystratford at the swan of 2 neckes. 45. sick this fortnight. sonewhat {sic} Costive shee doth bleede & is very mutch stuffed in her chest can scarce tak her winde. ready to sound a grosse & fat woman. sent a poer woman. Ian. 3. die ☿. h. 12. 9. mi. 1599. \at 1. p m /|twice & thrice a day bleedeth at y^e nose. half a pint at a time \every oth^r daye/|

Charels Touchers wife hath not had her termes this 6 yeres her stomack hoven & her hed ill & backe her wombe & chest stuffed short winded. hart ill water good. yellowe but thin. taken a greefe for payment of monyes for her husb. brother for s{ur}tiship. 200^li
