RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband. Martij 22. die ♃ ♄ {sic}. 1. 10. 1599. very costive & as if shee were st{oun}ge & cannot rise except shee be lifted. very cold & stiffe & short winded & leekely to die 1599.

RN M^r {sic} Charels Tutcher Charles at Stonystratford at the swan of 2 neckes. 45. sick this fortnight. sonewhat {sic} Costive shee doth bleede & is very mutch stuffed in her chest can scarce tak her winde. ready to sound a grosse & fat woman. sent a poer woman. RN Iohn Trueman of Willing i9 come lāmas. hath a swellinge in his legs fallen downe lately w^thin this sennet his \belly & body/ was before swollen. he hath taken phisick this 4 yeres. & hath taken Drinkꝭ of many & of M^r Glover of Northampton. Drinkes losing him y^t hath had taken a diet losing Drinke for 3 days fasting & had 2 cakes & hath in a day. his excrementꝭ looke white & his face & eyes all yellowe but a fully faced youthe. 24 of Apr. die ♂ h. 9. 30 p m {sic}. 1599. cathed it w^th a wet & cold. faynt & feeble.

RN Lewis Vppne 42. for {sic} in litle Brickwill. servant to M^r Fisher for an extreme payne about his navell y^t so payneth him y^t he can tak noe rest & four can scarc hold him down he casteth all vp & nothing will goe downward. very Costive & full of wind at the very navell. casteth vp his meate. Ap. 23. die ☾ h. 6. 15. p m. 1599. twice maried.

RN Richard Sūner of lowten 23. his payne lyeth in his head. cannot sleepe nor goe to stoole eateth very litle is very weake. Septemb. 13. die ♃ h. 3. 6 p m. 1599.

RN Edward Newnton sick this 14 weekꝭ of Stony stratford a weaver hart & everywhere sick pined & yet eatet skin & bone. & yet will eate any thing. 60 yeres old. faynt. hard bound {illeg}|y|et onc in 24 houres. feareth lest he be b{edr}ed a drie coughe. this 8 yeres. Aprill 3 die ♂ h. 10. 1599. reareth fleme, in a cōsumption. hart hele & stronge.

M^r Knifton of Lowton 55 yeres old sick this 3 weekes {illeg} sunday last first in his stomack w^th an extreeme cold w^c tooke a way his stomack ache in the head neck & legs sweateth div^rse times & after troubled w^th an itch as exceeded greatly onc in two or 3 days to grounde. nev^r vomiteth. the 3 of Ian. die ☿ h. 9. 15. 1598. {sic} 1599. bad head greefe taken {in} lawe.

RN Thomas Gardner of Dunsanger of 62 yeres old y^t pissed blood & was mended by the herbꝭ y^t I sent him in a receipte. sinc y^t time had on Waly who hath w^th his Clisters Done him litle good but is swollen in his belly w^c is growen very harde. & mutch payned in his share & can make but a litle water halfe a sponefull at a time would knowe wheath^r leekly to die or live. went not to ground sinc munday last about 12 a clocke sent to me this 18 of Apr. die ☿. h. 7. ant m 1599 burneth in his yarde.

RN M^r Will: Co{l|e|}lles Colles of Parke berrye of 58 troubled sick this i6 yeres & hath had the Counsell of the most exte phisitions troubled w^th a windy cause as he sayth cōming from his backe by a great heate & obstruction from my liver. also w^th a bad stomacke elevating winde into my hed. w^ch causeth gydines or streming in my head w^ch cometh as he thinketh by the ascending vp of bad & melancholy humours & w^th a shaking in my left hand mightely as it were the palsye but always very hotte. nowe of late w^th the brevity of wind in my stomacke & chest & lately w^th a mūmnes {sic} & tinckling in my hands. lips & sydes & face. this 15 of may. die ♂ h. 4. 45. p m. 1599.

RN Robart Kent of Walton 2 yeres old. on friday afore Christmas. about 11. 30. mi. consumed to nothing had a bunch vppon his thiges {sic} broken out & pined any face the best t of him. RN Goody Ashburnoure very sorely pained in her head light headed & swelled in her face very red. can take no sleepe nor rest. sent to me. may 4. die ♀. h. 5. 48. mi ant m 1599 hath not had her couses {sic} this two yeres. bledeth nowe & then at the nose.

RN Isbell Windmill of brodwell pinched & greped in the belly th w^ch shee taketh to be by wormes 65. p m Decēb. 29 die ♄ h. 4. p m. 1599 a gnawing vnder her hart & her navell
