RN Goodman Honour of Newport for his wife who hath bene longe sick & is nowe very exceeding ill h {sic} as her husband telleth me. hanc male suspicant^r de veneficio

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Ihone Nelson of Moulso of 52 yeres old. sick this 14 yere. always vomiteth vp her meate espec. this last yere. keepeth nowe her bed it g{oo}gleth in her body. y^t w^c cometh vp is black as sote nothing given her will: make her vomit shee bendeth her selfe forward & always must reatch fleume sick her back & left side & keepeth her bed. & tumbleth vp all 10. 45. ant m 1598. shee feareth lest shee be wasted w^thin. 1598. die ☿ always cold feete hands novemb. 8.

RN Will: Seere of haversham. 53 yeres old sitteth vp by the fier, very stiffe & hardly to {ground} onc in 24 houres complayneth of his body & lims & legs most in on of his sides all over his left syde ever sinc March last: first amisse not able to goe over the Dore threshall. sinc Alhalloutide. sent his wife to me Decēb. 21. die ♃. h. 12. 45. 1598. on of his legs the left wonderfully swelled. a very diseased body & hath had a greate cough.¹

RN Raynold Davyes of the glover of Stonystratford sent his boy w^th his water keepeth his bed most of all but sometimes riseth vppon the 11 of novemb^r it took him first, but was very ill handled w^th it vppon die ☉ sent his boy to me for my consell this 16 of novemb die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1598 he thincketh he took it w^th a bruise he took w^th the caring of hides a yere since. 40 yeres old.

RN Iane Smithe 30 yeres old sc of haversham sick this sennet. scoureth mutch this 2 days. Dry, will nothing mouth sore water high coloured. well blooded woman Novemb. 30. die ♃ h. 9. 1598. h. 9. 18. m. ant m. 1598. a stitch vnder her right side. shee sucketh her child mutch payne in her hed & cannot sleepe.

RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.

RN Rich Travell servant t|o|f W. Martin of L Linford. 20 yeres old sick this fortnight almost & did kepe his bed for it munday & tuesday cōplayneth of his belly & hart. very desyrous to Drink & yet not hot. Oc cam him selfe to me. Octob. 6. die ♀ h. 3. 9. post m. 1598.

RN Goody Reede of Broughton 63. yeres old sick very extreme sick on satterday last leekely to have dien being the 7. of octob. & then recovered again & fell sick agayne vppon tuesday after. being the 10 of Octob. sent to me vppon thursday being the 12 of octob. it taketh all above the gyrdell first in the shoulders to the brest & so to the hart her sydes wher it so lyeth as that on may tak out thenc as shee thinketh 1598. h die ♃ h. 8. 30. mi. 1598.
