RN Mary Deane of Walton. 25 yeres sicke the ever since friday was sennet. 2 of may die ♂|☿| h. 2. p m. 1599. had never her Courses nor noe showe of them, since the last Child a yere & better.

RN Margaret Missenten of Nash in Whad parish 50. her husb had many but this woman in 6 yeres never had Children. maij 4 die ♀ h. 4. 20. mi. p m. 1599 had great abundanc for 6 weekes & nowe but a litle.

RN Sept. 17. die ☾. Ellen Barber 5{illeg}|4| y. had her flux to vehemēt. & could not by|e| stayed but by blood letting in boath her feete on after another.

RN Iudith Anslye for her payn in the hed & stomack & ch loketh very yallowe & all by cause her courses have h {sic} bene stopped on her Decēb. 7. die ♃. h. 2. p m. 1598. mater  filia.

RN Goody Ashburnoure very sorely pained in her head light headed & swelled in her face very red. can take no sleepe nor rest. sent to me. may 4. die ♀. h. 5. 48. mi ant m 1599 hath not had her couses {sic} this two yeres. bledeth nowe & then at the nose.

RN Ian. 20 die ♄ hor 8 I went to see a sick woma swollen in her legs & thighes for that shee hath not her courses. hed ach 1599.

RN Elisabeth Clarke 30 yeres vnmaried ever sinc Christmas hed backe chest a few on satterday on sunday had not her Courses currantly sinc Christ. sick at hart hoven in her chest. shoulders & hed. casteth black geare leek browne black paper leeke rags y^t is her flowers arising. Apr. 3 die ♂ h. 9. 15. 1599. cannot rest in her bed hath a wonderfull red colour & is hot.
