Elisabeth Buckingham. Otherwise Honour about 50. a great pulling in her left syde wc maketh her to Crye/
shee is not able to styrre no meate will tary wth her. shee goeth not onc in a sennet to ground very costive & mutch bounde. 27 of Decēb. die ☿ h. 8. 45. ant m. 1598. /complayneth of her hart chest left arme.\

He craveth my opinion touching his wife solely {sic} payned in her right should a long tyme but now hath more strenght in her arme & hand & les payne on the top of her should & towards night some swelling vnder her arme & on her breast & a payne in her brest bone esp in rayny weather
