RN Harry Goodin taken lame in his left leg not swollen he cannot styrre his right side. in his leg & huck bone he layd in the fild Downe & being hote tooke a colde. this day or monday was sennet 17 d 16 last Christmas eve. 1598. pater  filio et filius oravit patrē. vt me consulet  morbo. Octob. 29 die ☉ h. 1. 1598. it took him in the fild as if it were prickt with nales. he cryeth out whē it is touched.

RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. Mres An Barber sept 28 ☿ hor. 9. 15 ant m. 1603. strangly handled w^th her stomack burning & gnawing & then an intolerable paine of her hed for 20 houres not well for 40 houre & then it cōmeth once in a weeke in the wynter. & aft^r hath a swelling & a gnawing in the calfꝭ of her legs.

strangly handled in her feete w^th pulling & gnawing her feete w^th extremity of payns & her hands pill all over & the tops wore away w^th the payne & did extremely vomyte at the first for 4 days 16 weekes. & had 2 child w^ch vomyted sorely & on child dyed & she cānot sit vp nor goe but as she she {sic} is caryed nor cānot abyde any to touch her hands & feete & are extreme hot
