RN Mres Androwes of Broug{h}ton sent to me the 20 of feb. die ♂ h. 10. 30. ant 1599 payned in her hed all to the nose. litle courses or none. swelleth in her bodye

RN Humfrey \Iohn/ Coles of Brodwell 24. vnmaried troubled w^th a tertian ague. 20 of feb. 1599. sent to know wheath^r it were good to let him bloode the ☾ entring into ♊.

RN Rich Prentise of lowten about 60 payned in his back lims & in his mēbers. full of aches feb. 20 die ♂ h. 11. 45. 1599. cannot sleepe he hath a great scouring day by day. 4 or 6 times a day for this 20 yeres.

RN at this time came spensers meade whose courses are stopt

RN Nicholas Churche for him selfe a gret payne in his hed & hart a highe coloured man. good water.

RN Will: Lovely at the sane {sic} tine {sic} 60 yeres cannot sleepe swelleth in his side at hart & brest

RN I was going to M^res Androwes of broughton about 12 & when I could get nor boate nor horse to fery me over I returned feb. 22 die ♃ h. 12. 1599.
