he sent me xs in gold for my Consayle & craved my opinion whenc his {sic} voydeth in his vryne now then sand sometyms matterye whytish clots. these 2 sink downe to the bottome of the vrinall Downye woolly lintie cobwebby threads rags & drags somtys {sic} higher or lower in his vryne according to ther thīnes lightnes thicknes & heavines of substanc & matter ceeding as some think frō the vlcer yt was in his bladder 2 others frō the foulnes of his bladder 3 others frō the bake 4 others frō the vaynes & the whole body generally.
he is Desyrous to know whenc it comes fearing least it should be a wast of nature & a weakning of his body.

Mres Prescot was wth goody Mres Kendall who did excuse her selfe &|b|efore she dyed & did put it on her daughter in law that mayed {sic} her sonne called Ellenor Cooke now wife of francis Typsley confessed yt her daughter sent for a mā to cure her mischiefe but they did not fourme it. still is tormented almost in all tꝭ of her bodye yet not sicke so yt she is afrayd yt all her adversayes {sic} are not rooted out. this \last/ womā hath a Daughter yt was wth the old womā before she dyed called Anne Typsley. always tormented at hart feareth a cōsūption & craveth my consayle & helpe vnder god.
