RN Mary farrow of Earles Barton was 14 y last twelfday last the morne after on satterday morning in ye morning before day came to me for her right hand broken out like a great bloody sore & vnder her armes wth bunches thighes & hips wth many issues all looke red & bloody hād swelleth mutch may 5 h. 11. ant m 1618.

was full of bleatch being a child & was noynted & neaver sinc well.
