RN Mr Farindon sent to me for my Counsell for his passion of his hart. very s {sic} vsuall & easely cured wth every small sturring & continueth wth him 3 dayes. & for the Correcting of the spleene wch is supposed by the docters to be the cause therof. becaus he feeleth him selfe not well in the spleen sent his letter. may the 8. die ♂ h. 7. 50 8. ant m. 1599.
