RN Susan Blundle at x yeares old at the 17 of Septemb. last was on the 29 of Ian at night sore troubled. & in amaner trice ded in a sownd & is every satterday so troubled at night specially Susan Blundle in her bead & sometimes in the morning. it first tooke her in the 23 of {sic} 29 day of Ian. at midnight in 1597. th 29 of Ianary. |after midnight. 30 mi.|

RN Ione Antony of Tiddington’ of bedfordshire. 21. v|m|aried above a twelmoneth & nev^r yet had child. Sept. 24 die ☾ h. 6. 45 {sic}. 7 ant m 1599. shee is w^th child & very ill & sounded thoth^r daye.

RN Susan Blundle {illeg} 1597 was grevously handled w^th a disease w^ch taketh her every saterday since it began to take her w^c was not vntill this yeare 1597 & towards the latter end of Ian. shee was greeved therw^th on feb. the 12 of feb{r} betwixt on & two in the mor:¹ shee is as on dead & sowneth 2 or 3 times togeath^r. or a litle after midnight betwixt 12. & on. it tooke her cōmonly in her sleepe./

RN Alce Masun{n} of Woulverton 14 yeres old. took her vppō wendesay {sic} the 2i of febr: betwixt 2. & 1: shee nothinge but shaketh & soundeth as they think w^th an impostume. die ☿. 21. of feb. 1599. came her moth^r moved her quest. the 24 of feb die ♄. p m. 6. 38. 1599

RN Mary Bignell of Cosgrave. 9 y. a beating of the harte. & a sounding read {sic} was almost dead sept. 24 die ☾ h. 9. ant m. 1599

RN Goody Fisher sent her water to me to know what was good for her Aug. 14. die ☾ h. 7. 45 shee is troubled w^th the mother & was wont to swound w^th it very often. at 7. 30. 20.¹
