M^r Adrian sicke w^th his physicke on monday last and tooke none since he sleepes not well, is growen weake and his waxen kernells remayne. / my Lady thinkꝭ that if he continue so it will bring him to a consumption She desyres to have some course for m^r willm Fortescue 10 y. w^ch hath also an Itche. Desyres to be satisfyed how this Itche comes whether by overheating the bloud w^th violent exercise. & whether they shall continue the rest of the physike.

RN Agnys Kent of Moulsoe almost 5 quarters borne on Palme sonday last was twelfmonth about some {sic} rising sent to me May 14. ☿. h. 5. p m. 1628.

RN An Haman 56 of litle brickhill: sick ever sinc Christmas not hart sick but swollen in her body & in her legs & very stiffe sent to me by her husband.
