NOTE611: Practice-related (Entry fragment)
A treatment note for an entry we no longer have (presumably) in two paragraphs, the second entitled ‘purg.’ Followed in the left column by a list of medicinal substances that presumably also relate to this treatment.

Blank apart from the frame of an astrological figure, rather badly drawn.
Calendared note from MS Ashmole 174, p. 229
NOTE614: Practice-related (Non-casebooks entry)
Two partial charts in an unknown hand, with STs of 10:56 and 11:12.
Calendared note from MS Ashmole 174, p. 230
NOTE615: Practice-related (Non-casebooks entry)
Two partial charts in an unknown hand, both with the ST 10:52. (This is the same hand as p. 230.)
Calendared note from MS Ashmole 174, p. 239
NOTE616: Practice-related (Entry fragment)
Most of this page has been cut away, leaving a small strip. On p. 244B there is an ST calculation adding 12:15 to 21:15 to get 9:30; below that four lines in Napier's hand, of which it's possible to read: 'he(?) dy[ed?] in(?) Ia[n?] ... of a co[n]s[umption?] & a dro[psye?]'. Below that are several more lines of astrological notes presumably relating to a chart that is no longer extant.
Calendared note from MS Ashmole 174, pp. 244A-244B
NOTE617: Practice-related (Entry fragment)
Another fragmentary page, this one a torn scrap. On p. 246A is some writing sideways up the page, of which '...it & (te?)...' is visible on one line, and 'agayne' on the line below. On p. 246B the writing is the right way up but that gives us less of each line (what the tearing didn't remove the binding has largely obscured). Visible there is: '...es ....g/q(?) stom... ... bad ... ...squ... vyten(??)... ...ke...'.

Two treatments without titles or associated entries. The first seems to be for measles and pox, the second ‘to stay the rheume & to prserve the longus’.

NOTE625: Practice-related (Treatment)
Another treatment. This may be for Mrs Harris of CASE25905, but it is in a darker ink and a smaller hand, so it looks as though it was written after everything else on the page.
