RN An Middleton 10 yeres old a week afore Miklemas sick miserablely handled wth her fits. the 20 of decembr die ☿ at 6 in the morning. borne the 12 of Decēb. 1588. die ♃ betwixt 1. & 2 morning. her fathr {sic} enquireth what may be the cause of her disease. in her owne prsence. the 5 of feb: die ☾. h. 7. 30. ant m. 1599. of a white pale colour leane wellooking water very good. every day many fits. & on friday & weddensday. it maketh her knock stamp strick her hands a great cough /this figure I set in there prsence.\
