Iohn Vtton her husb: for a payne in his backe stomack. feareth an impost.

RN Agnes Astill: otherwise Miller of Newport 40. yees {sic} old miserablely handled in her lims & ded poer & lowe brought. sent her this 26 feb: die ☾. h. 9. 15. mi. 1599. burneth & is full of blisters & itches.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground
