RN An Miller of Newport. 30 yeres old married to a husband y^t maketh leape enquireth a remedy for her disease Septemb. 16 die ♄. h. 9. 55 ant. m. 1598. hath bene very sick this fortnight & keepeth her bed. 1598 & cannot stir but as she is helpen. a longe scouring and a palsy white water a bad hed.

RN Margeret Brace of Carington about 30 yeres old. Octob 6 die ♀ h 1|9|. \9/. 38. sick for this 3 weekes. 1598. speachles & almost Dead. about a fortnight a goe. & did bleed wonderfully

this woman sente vnto me by the vicar of Crowly but I would give her nothing vntill I had spoken w^th some y^t knew the state of the woman the vicar sent Iohn ball. the woman mended p^rsently vppon it.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson mill. l 72 yeres old sick in L {sic} his body this 2 or 3 yeres about his \6 weekes./ he cōplayneth \of his navell/ it is sore & rūneth a|i|t reeseth at his navell leek an oake water. it looketh red & is rawe. he hath the cholick w^th all & y^t for this 7 yeres: maketh water very often. he thinketh his teeth to {stink} in his hed. & his feete to Double vnder him die ☿. h. 12. 15. 1598 he sent me a dish of oates he is a fuller. novemb. 8. 1598.

RN Ihone Nelson of Mowlsoe 52 yeres having taken a smay because her husband on a time beating her mead for denying of y^t w^c her husband knew to the contrary, shee bearing of the blowes when her husband strook her it fortuned w^thin a while after the servant Died & the mother of y^t ser child sayd shee would never live vntill shee had hanged him for killing of his {sic} Daughter sinc w^c time shee ever vomiteth blacke soote every day for this twelfmoneths. 14 yeres agoe. or therabout her servant beaten died. shee loseth of her beastꝭ & co kines fat & good on a sudden sinc yesterday shee yea & sometimes shee can make make {sic} no butter no phisicke will goe Downeward but vpward all & y^t as mutch w^thout phisick as w^th it. Novemb. 10 die ♀ h.       h {sic} 8. 30|5|. mi. ant m. 1598

RN Ihone Brinckloe the dau sister in lawe of Thom. Walles of Long Woulsom {sic} 40 yeres old a servant vnmaried very sicke. novemb. 25. die ♄. h. 11. 45. 1598.

RN Clement Nash servant to Iohn Connyngham 22 yeres old tooke her first on tuesday night qu about 8 a clock at night a crick {sic} \ache/ in her baccke \& lims./ y^t maketh her stoope & goe Double. troubled w^th a great heate of her stomack y^t it maketh her lips to break out he {sic} first water made in y^e morning red. the next water of a reasonable good colour. the wench of a ruddy face well colourd & fat. quait {sic} remediū Decēb. 4. die ☾. h. 12. 15. mi. 1598. of Newport

RN Will. Waren of bowbrickle 32. sick this on weddensday last. married & hath 4 children Decēb. 11 die ☾. h. 11. ant m. 1598. a poer Carpenter.

RN William Chivoll 36. sick on satterday was fortnight fell sick keepeth his bed & riseth onc a daye a daylabourer. the 11 of Decēb. die ☾ h \10. 50/ 50 {sic} 1598

RN at this time came on for fath^r & sonne & an {sic} old {illeg} old Barret for his sonne Thomas Barret who is servant to Iohn Smithe who hath bene sick ever sinc St Hugs Day.

RN Iays Tousy M^r Marchantꝭ mayd 30 yeres old. sendeth her water Aug. 2 die ☿ h. 9. 38. 45. m. ant m.

RN Thomas Williamson of Newport tayler who Dwelleth hard by M^r yarrowe about 40 yeres old. sick ever sinc tuesday. the 2i of Novemb. being tuesdaye first took his sicknes {sent} not before this 27 of Decemb. {sic} fearfull of death & Distrustfull die ☾. h. 9. 49. 1598. wat^r exceeding hie coloured & thick keepeth his bed.

RN Rich Kerby Miller of Newport 60 \56/ yeres old. long & grevously sick {filiu}s  patre \{servus}  Domino/ cū euꝯ {sic} consensu it hath held this 4 yeres by fits but this quarter of this yere held him sorely & keepeth home some days his bed in his fit & then abroad. a payne in his hart w^th a sighing black coloured very fat of his face but w^th this sicknes shrunk in his bodye & legs. M^r yarrow for him novemb. {sic} 1 Decēb. die ♀ h. 10. 15. 1598¹

RN Thomas Marchell of Newport 34 yeres old. (Frauncis Marchell of Newport \24. yeres old./ very sicke ever sinc tuesday night at 8 & 30 mi p m. tooke her sicknes nowe & then vp but cannot stay vp. Decemb. 1 die ♀ h. 4 45. 1598. cū consensu serva  domina.

RN Thomas Coo servant to M^r Ardes of lathbury 35 yeres vnmaried sick this fortnight 11 of Decēb. die ☾. h. 3. 30 mi. most an end keepeth his bed. 1598

RN Raynold Davyes of the glover of Stonystratford sent his boy w^th his water keepeth his bed most of all but sometimes riseth vppon the 11 of novemb^r it took him first, but was very ill handled w^th it vppon die ☉ sent his boy to me for my consell this 16 of novemb die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1598 he thincketh he took it w^th a bruise he took w^th the caring of hides a yere since. 40 yeres old.

RN Ihone Persivall of Lo{illeg} 35 yeres about 20 weekes amisse. short winded. hot in her stomack shee hath broken out in her face w^th a flushing heate. payne in her hed her neighbours tell her y^t shee may be breeding of child.. 16 of novemb. die ♃. h. 1.. 1598. broke out in her nose &|f|ace & chin w^th pimpels.

RN Iohn Phylip of Bletcley very extreeme sick bound & very Costive the last phisick would not work w^th him as Doct^r Spark writeth me, nowe again sendeth to me. this 9 of Decēb^r die ♄. h. 12. 15. 1598. troubled w^th the wind cholicke

RN Iohn Burman of Olny shephard lame in right leg & thigh this 3 weekes first in his back & then did shoote in his lims 37 maried this 17. yeres. Decēb 19 die ♂ h. 12. maried to a widowe had an ach in the other leg first many yers
