It is pyned & cōsumed belly hard & voydeth wormes living 6. wasteth in the body. was nurced by goody Keburne. goody Keburne came into another nurces house & would needes suckle it, wheath^r the nurce would or no & sinc mutch amys & it swounded twice to day belly very hard flesh quite wasted was not well tended by goody Keburne face swelled buttocke black & blewe. cānot stand vppon the lyms the child p^rsent w^th goody Alton of Moulsoe it did batle well vnder this nurce vntill goody Keburne her former nurce would suckle it force tooke some surfet.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnson sent onc againe to me for my counsell his pain lieth now in his Cods {w^c} are swollen as big as ons hed & as hard as a borde he was wont to haue them swollen very big but then lasted but 5 houres & nowe swelled ever sinc weddensday he cannot eate sleepe or goe to ground. troubled w^th the wind Cholicke a paine in his backe st{illeg}ry Desirous to take a stro{illeg} but Doubteth he ca shall be able Decēb. filius  patre cū consensu. RN Andrew Knighte of Newport 36. for the winde cholicke this moneth. & stone red sand & changeth it into blood as big as a {fe}tch somewhat yellowe. forced to \purge/ fleme yellowe Chollour in great abundanc right syde of the reanes of his back & so rūneth to the bottome of his belly. vrine hot & cōplexion w^thout the fit. RN An Bourton of Olny 26 yeres old. sick the ever sinc Lent tooke her in her hed hart & backe maried this 7 yeres had but on Child but y^t god hath taken to his mercy. {s} {sic} it holdeth her nowe as an ague shaking her every day. & hat sweateth & is very hot after the shaking & hath as it were a thing lūbring in her chest very corpulent faynt & very feeble. hath a very painfull cough ready to Drawe vp hart & hall w^th it & fetcheth blood very short winded. fetcheth vp fleume & water as cleare as a bell. M^r Adrian sicke w^th his physicke on monday last and tooke none since he sleepes not well, is growen weake and his waxen kernells remayne. / my Lady thinkꝭ that if he continue so it will bring him to a consumption She desyres to have some course for m^r willm Fortescue 10 y. w^ch hath also an Itche. Desyres to be satisfyed how this Itche comes whether by overheating the bloud w^th violent exercise. & whether they shall continue the rest of the physike.

RN Thomas White of Milten 56. may 22 die ♃ h. 11 30 ant m 1600 |a payne in his shoulders| payned in his head back & chest stuffed. faynt & feeble water good but yellowish. sande in his backe. a drye cough.

RN Mary Nuby 28 of Grafton Lodge. for a rising at her stomack. her legs. Double vnd^r her faynt & feeble & pineth in her body & yet can earte {sic} had not her termes never sinc her sicknes almost for a yere. Ap. 25 die ☿ h 5. 30. p m. 1599 |cannot sleepe troubled w^th a great cough at night.|

RN Iohn Richardson of newp 48 y. had a third ague a yere & better. 5 y sinc & neaver well sinc. & now sorely payned in his right leg w^thout any swelling a bad stomack short wynded was wont to bleed mutch. & is very faynt & reareth blood & did bleed mutch at nose is aguish red & thick. very extreme faynt & weake & did swound last sonday. eateth litle./ extreme short wȳded

RN M^r {sic} Charels Tutcher Charles at Stonystratford at the swan of 2 neckes. 45. sick this fortnight. sonewhat {sic} Costive shee doth bleede & is very mutch stuffed in her chest can scarce tak her winde. ready to sound a grosse & fat woman. sent a poer woman. Charels Touchers wife hath not had her termes this 6 yeres her stomack hoven & her hed ill & backe her wombe & chest stuffed short winded. hart ill water good. yellowe but thin. taken a greefe for payment of monyes for her husb. brother for s{ur}tiship. 200^li
