Novemb. 13 die ☾. h. 12. 6. mi 1598. shee was so weak shee could not come but sent her servant mead it ariseth from her hart vpward to her throot ready to stop her winde

RN Raynold Davyes of the glover of Stonystratford sent his boy wth his water keepeth his bed most of all but sometimes riseth vppon the 11 of novembr it took him first, but was very ill handled wth it vppon die ☉ sent his boy to me for my consell this 16 of novemb die ♃ h. 8. ant m. 1598 he thincketh he took it wth a bruise he took wth the caring of hides a yere since. 40 yeres old.
