RN Elisabeth Bunker of Newport complayneth of her legs. & of the {sic} her limms & hath bene sick of it almost this two yeres 17 yeres last midsomer Sept 25. die ☾. h. 10. 15. m. shee taketh no ioy of her worke nor of any thing els.

RN Elisabeth Knight \of Olnye/ the daughter of will: Knight 14 yeres old at w a fortnight afore whitsontide wheeseth & ratleth in her chest & it gathereth more & more to her hart shee hath had it ever sinc shee was borne but troubled w^th it more this moneth then ever before. 6 of Octob. die ♀ ♄ {sic}. 10. 15. m. 1598.

M^r Mathewe Anslowes Daughter troubled w^th an ague hot & cold it taketh her every other day. & it holdeth her halfe a daye & taketh her in her bed. co every day onc to ground but it is hard ever sinc friday was fortnight. 27 of March. die ♂ h. 10. 15. m ant m: 1599. troubled mutch with fleume.

RN Avis homan of 60 yeres many times kepeth her bed but nowe walketh & is often swelled & holdeth her as an ague. at the same time. her water red & thickish
