RN Iohn Smithe sent to me & his man came to Stanton where I then was for he was extreeme sick & very leekly to dye the 2{illeg}|8| of decemb: 1598 a {sic} betwixt 1 & 2

RN all my lord Hintens Wentworths men sorely handled w^th the the {sic} burning feaver./

RN Robart Piland a butcher by temple barre to normā of Shenly for a very frind of his on Elizab legge 35 y sick this quarter of a yere. Decēb. 2 h {sic} hor. 10 ant m 16i5. /sick this quarter of this year & desyrous to have my opinion./\

SRN My Lady Ma. Sandys. sent her letters that her husband fell sicke y^t day he should haue come out of London that she was forced to send for y^e D^rs D^r Read. & they hope by this Accident he will doe well agayne is now more sensible then before
