RN Goody Bar\n/well bemoaneth her of her body of the heaving of her bodye of her drought & thirste shee can scarce take her breath. Aug. touchin taken of by a smay of her husb. & child. sorow. Aug. 11 die ♀ h p m. 6. 30. m. 1598.

RN Ihone Hull of Newport of 46 yees {sic} for the rising of her & greeping of her hart by fits shee hath had it a longe time: somewhat leek an impost ready to stop her wind & can hardly swallowe her spittle. Octob 5. die ♃. h. 3. {illeg}|5|0. p m. 1598. arising leeke the mother.

RN Will: Miller of Brodwell: cōplayneth of the roling & tūbling of his belly mawe as he thinketh on his stomacke. & every day he vomiteth vp his meate & cannot digest it his meate yet he findeth som ease after he hath vomited it vp: he is best when he eateth nothing but fasteth. he is best in y^e aforenoone. RN Iohn Becham of 6 yeres old or 7. about wheate harvest or first lad{ye} this child is troubled w^th a Cough & hoping so sore y^t it forceth him to cast vp his meate. he hath a good stomack to eate & digest his meate but his cough fetcheth all vp againe from the bottome of his belly. pater  filio sine consensu. November 28 die ♂ h. 9. 1598.

RN Iane Smithe 30 yeres old sc of haversham sick this sennet. scoureth mutch this 2 days. Dry, will nothing mouth sore water high coloured. well blooded woman Novemb. 30. die ♃ h. 9. 1598. h. 9. 18. m. ant m. 1598. a stitch vnder her right side. shee sucketh her child mutch payne in her hed & cannot sleepe.

RN Goody Dormer of haversham s {sic} sent her water by her some {sic} in lawe Iohn Smith. faynt & weake still. Decemb. 1. die ♀ h. 9. 1598.

RN Iohn Risely of Rawnstyn 63|7|. {sic} 67. hath bene sick on weddensday last 6 weekes sound in body but bursten this 16 weekes. he was wont to be troubled w^th a wind Cholick. nowe last of l {sic} all w^th an issue on his navell eaten in an Inche deepe but nowe growen vp againe saving that it hath a litle hole in it w^c when they went to stoppe it put him in danger of death. sent his sonne to me he kepeth his bed nowe & then payned in his back & pricking & shooting in his navell {virs} an end. bleedeth every foote & wetteth a handkerchir. Decemb. 18. die ☾. h. 8. 40: mi. 1598. goeth ill to ground

RN Goodmā|dy| Nueman of Brodwell. of 45 yeres of age found mutch ease by y^t w^c phisick w^c was given her & wrought vpward & downeward w^th her & shee was very prety well after it for 2 or 3 days. &|b|ut st the thirde day after it tooke her agayne & she is mutch troubled w^th the winde cholick & w^th a hot & drye stomacke. & sent her daugh{t}{er} agayne to me. Aug. 26. die ♄ h. 12. 30. 1598.

RN Margarey francling of Emmerton 55 yeres old for the paynes & anguish of her eyes. Sept. 29 die ♀ h. 8. 20. mi 1598 her eyes are watrish and troubled w^th burning water

RN Thomas Dudly nowe 5 yeres old next miklemas natus erat Sept 15. die ☉ h 1. p m. hath his health well & eateth his meate. about harvest last began to have a rising in his throte ready to stop his wind & speach in always when he beginneth to sleepe then it hath held him sinc miklemas the last time it tooke him it bete him on friday last. going to sleepe. ready to skreame & skrike in the fit.

RN Thomas vnderhood 20 yeres old of stratford for to break his cold for he hath a cough w^c maketh him vomit. every day when he Drinketh cold Drink he Doth vomit. Decēb. 13 die ☿ h. 2. 30|5|. p m. he is short winded

RN Old Roughed is worser then he was he can is bound in his body he cannot pisse this 24 houres. he enquireth an evadet v^l evasurꝯ sit dei gratia. Octob. 17 die ♂ h. 7. ant m. 1598.

RN William Tomson of 12 yeres on a friday a moneth afore Miklemas quærit valde ægrotat ventre. 6 of novemb. it tooke him on 2 of novemb. die ♃ in the morning. he it cometh & taketh him by fits & & {sic} ariseth vp in his stomack he could not take his meate. but would vomit vp but y^t is stayd & troubleth his hed but most his belly burneth wonderfully cannot eate. RN Ihone Persivall of Lo{illeg} 35 yeres about 20 weekes amisse. short winded. hot in her stomack shee hath broken out in her face w^th a flushing heate. payne in her hed her neighbours tell her y^t shee may be breeding of child.. 16 of novemb. die ♃. h. 1.. 1598. broke out in her nose &|f|ace & chin w^th pimpels.

RN Iohn Phylip of Bletcley very extreeme sick bound & very Costive the last phisick would not work w^th him as Doct^r Spark writeth me, nowe again sendeth to me. this 9 of Decēb^r die ♄. h. 12. 15. 1598. troubled w^th the wind cholicke
